DOJ’s license extends to LED light bars for the following applications: devices that contain a liquid crystal display (LCD) panel with light emitting diode (LED) backlight, excluding cellular or conventional telephones and automotive vehicles.

Expired patents are included only to show that license rights and notice existed prior to expiration of those patents.
